One template – many bags

Welcome to beautiful Sweden in august 2024. Enjoy a great felt craft workshop with Natalya Brashovetska, and the culturally rich region of Dalarna.

About the workshop

The workshop is One template, many bags. Under Natalya’s skillful guidance, we learn how to make a bag, with a template that can give us four additional models. After the course you will get access to a video tutorial for either a back pack or a carpet bag.

Price

The price is

• 5 600 SEK for the most cheap alternative, you arrange for accomodation yourself.
• 5 800 SEK with lodging in a hut with basic standard, exceptional location.
• 10 900 SEK with lodging in a hotel, and materials included.

Lunch and swedish fika is included in all alternatives. Swedish fika is a short break with coffee or tea with something sweet on the side. 🙂

Las day of booking is 27th of june, if you want to be able to get materials ordered in your colour of choice.

After that you can book a seat as late as 27th of july. Materials will be avaliable at the course.

Accomodation

For the cheapest alternative, you arrange your own accommodation, but we are happy to guide you.

There are many different places with different standards.

However, it is also possible to put up your own tent at the farm, to no cost at all.

Where we will hold the workshop

We are felting at Böle textilgård, Jönsgården in Svärdsjö. This is truly in the heart of Sweden. Close by is the city of Falun with its world heritage site Falu koppargruva (Falu copper mine) and Sundborn, home to artist couple Carl and Karin Larsson, who made a big impact in art history at the end of 19th century.
